Without justification and for any reason you can return the product you purchased within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send Dvccio a communication to this effect, within the indicated terms, to the following e-mail address: resi@dvccio.com .
The returned product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, seals, etc.) in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged or dirty).
Shipping costs (and any customs charges, if any) for returning the product will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
You can choose between a refund (subject to limitations), a voucher or an exchange of goods.
If you choose a refund, you will receive the entire amount already paid, net of shipping costs incurred and any customs fees paid for importation, within 14 days of withdrawal, via the cancellation procedure of the charged amount, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
It is not possible to make a refund for products purchased with promotional prices or with discount codes, in these cases it is only possible to exchange or issue a voucher to be used within 60 days from the date of return of the goods.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
