You can return the product you purchased without having to provide a reason within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Dvccio within the indicated timeframe by emailing: info@dvccio.com
The returned product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, seals, etc.) and in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged, or soiled).
Shipping costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) for returning the product will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
You can choose between a refund (subject to limitations), a voucher, or an exchange.
If you choose a refund, you will receive the full amount already paid, net of shipping costs incurred and any customs duties paid for import, within 14 days of withdrawal, through a reversal procedure of the charged amount, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are not available for products purchased at promotional prices or with discount codes. In these cases, you can only exchange them or issue a voucher to be used within 60 days of the return date.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of any gift.
